Hello 大家好！转眼间2024年即将结束，祝大家2025年一切顺利，心想事成！

2024年一月我写下了我的新年愿望。现在我想来回顾一下过去的这一年。

Hello everyone! Time flies, and 2024 is about to end. Wishing you all the best in 2025—may all your wishes come true!

In January 2024, I wrote down my New Year’s resolutions. Now, I’d like to take a moment to reflect on the past year.

1. 个人追求 Personal Pursuits

我很开心过去的这一年我坚持做了YouTube视频和newsletter。

我实现了做数字产品的目标。我发布了中文词汇手机墙纸， 来帮你们学习中文。

I’m really happy that I kept creating YouTube videos and a newsletter throughout the year.

I also achieved my goal of making digital products. I released Chinese vocabulary phone wallpapers to help you learn Chinese.

做这个产品的灵感来源于学语言的挑战。有时候我们学习了一些词汇，可到了用的时候就是想不起来。学习语言需要重复，可是重复学习很枯燥。于是我就在想，如何把重复的学习变成一件好玩的简单的事情。

The inspiration for creating this product came from the challenges of language learning. Sometimes we learn new vocabulary, but when it's time to use it, we can't remember it. Language learning requires repetition, but repetition can be boring. So, I started thinking about how to make repetitive learning fun and simple.

后来我偶然发现手机自带的一个功能，可以自动变换锁屏图片。于是我就有了灵感，可以做词汇墙纸，这样你每一次看手机锁屏，可以看到词汇加深记忆。

Then, I stumbled upon a feature on smartphones that allows the lock screen wallpaper to change automatically. That’s when I got the idea to create vocabulary wallpapers. This way, whenever you look at your phone’s lock screen, you can see the vocabulary and reinforce your memory.

2. 人际关系 Relationship

我终于不再远程工作了。以前每天在家工作让我觉得自己缺少社交。

我换了新工作，每周去办公室工作一天。我很喜欢可以去办公室和同事当面交流，有时候办公室里举办社交活动，还有免费午餐。

同时过去的一年我也认识了新朋友，在缝纫课上，在线下的社交活动中。接下来我要更主动约朋友见面，邀请他们来我家聚会。

I’m no longer working remotely full-time. Working from home daily made me feel like I lacked social interaction.

I started a new job where I go to the office once a week. I really enjoy being able to interact with colleagues face-to-face. Sometimes, there are social events in the office, and even free lunches.

Over the past year, I also made new friends—at sewing classes and through in-person social events. Moving forward, I want to be more proactive about meeting up with friends and inviting them to gatherings at my home.

3. 健康 Health

很遗憾我没能实现每周锻炼四次的目标。每一次想到健身，我总觉得没动力。

但我学习了滑冰，给自己培养了一个新的爱好。

新的一年里我希望可以坚持每周健身，哪怕只有一次也好。我不想给自己定太高的目标，做不到会觉得很沮丧。

Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to achieve my goal of working out four times a week. Every time I thought about exercising, I just felt unmotivated.

However, I did learn how to ice skate and developed a new hobby for myself.

In the new year, I hope to stick to exercising weekly, even if it’s just once a week. I don’t want to set overly ambitious goals because failing to achieve them can feel really discouraging.

4. 感恩 Gratitude

2025年我最大的愿望是保持感恩，珍惜我的家人朋友，努力追求我的梦想。

我很感谢你们订阅我的newsletter，支持我的视频和产品。希望2025年我可以更好的管理精力，创作更多的内容和产品，来帮大家学习中文。

My biggest wish for 2025 is to stay grateful, cherish my family and friends, and work hard to pursue my dreams.
